Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Reservation Confirmation

Your reservation is confirmed after our team verifies availability and sends confirmation by WhatsApp, Viber, phone, or email.

2. Free Cancellation Window

You can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before the planned pick-up time.

3. Late Cancellation

For cancellations made less than 24 hours before pick-up, an administration fee may apply depending on third-party costs already incurred.

4. No-Show

If the renter does not appear at the agreed pick-up time and no prior notice is given, the booking is marked as no-show and may be canceled without refund of paid amounts.

5. Early Return

If the vehicle is returned earlier than scheduled, unused rental days are generally non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method. Processing time depends on your bank and usually takes 5-14 business days.
